​​​​​1) All prices on our booking system (https://east-coast-oven-cleaning.appointedd.com) are estimates only.Actual cost will be given once the 

appliance(s) have been seen in person at time of clean.

2) upon booking you will be required to make a 10% deposit payment. This is Non refundable. If we are given 48hours notice we can reschedule your clean to a different date using paid deposit. (Once your clean has been completed the balance of payment can be paid via cash,card or revolut payments).

3)If when we arrive and we cannot clean your oven due to broken or damaged parts the deposit will not be refunded and full payment will be sought

​4) Oven trays are NOT cleaned as part of cleaning. We only clean chrome racks and side rails as part of the price.

5)Please be aware that a travel charges apply to cleans as follows

    A)between 20km to 30km from drogheda 10 euro charge

    B)between 30km to 40km from drogheda 15 euro charge

If you live more than 40km from drogheda please contact us first on 089-7015448 to discuss as travel charges will be more depending on area.

6) If your appliance is in very bad condition and will take longer to clean than time allowed in your booking,then an extra charge will be incurred.

​7)Appointments made in the morning for first bookings are the time as per booking made.Appointments made after 10am are approx times.We will endeavour to be on time but we may get delayed due to first job taking longer/shorter than expected.Your technician will always let you know via phone call if they will be earlier or later.

8) Once your oven clean has been finished you will be given a work completion cert by your technician. All damages / faults found on pre clean inspection will be made aware to the person in the house at the time.These will be recorded and listed on the work completion cert for your attention
